The air mechanism AM is a flexible, all in one solution that takes up little space – perfect if you need a power assisted coupling for inaccessible and confined spaces.

The VBG Power actuator fits all VBG couplings and considerably simplifies connecting and disconnecting. The coupling is opened by means of a double-acting pneumatically controlled torsion device, which is operated by a manual value. A coupling fitted with a power actuator significantly improves the ergonomics and makes work a lot easier.

The warning lamps should, in accordance with ECE 55R, be placed in the cab on all vehicles that have remote controlled couplings. VBG’s Indicating kit provides the driver with information in the cab on whether the coupling is closed or open.

MechMatic keeps the coupling mechanism clean, which reduces the need for lubricants compared with traditional lubrication procedures. 

The VBG Jackknife alarm is an accessory that warns the driver if there is a risk of jackknifing via a buzzer or lamp in the cab.
